MBA Thesis:

In 1994, Steve submitted his thesis, Bond Ratings In Cyberspace: A Study Of The Feasibility Of Computer-Supported Rating Committees At Standard & Poor's Ratings Group, as partial fulfillment of the requirements for an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

You can download an executive summary of that thesis, which surveyed S&P bond analysts to ascertain their attitudes toward the use of collaborative computer technology in the bond rating process.
